175: Happiness (And Empowerment) Are Mandatory, With Rob Howze

Sometimes you just know someone is having the time of their life. You can just see it in their smile, their bounce, their swag. This person loves life! That's the impression I had when I first saw a gentleman on LinkedIn, dancing, swaying, rapping, and having so much authentic joy and fun in his song video.
Little did I know this was the Chief Operating Officer of a highly successful entrepreneurial concern, and a top LinkedIn influencer as well. As I learned more, I began to see the method behind his genius. This gentleman had long since figured out and was benefiting from one of life's simple truths: Be Yourself! His happiness was so contagious, I couldn't help but ask him for an interview. Whatever he had for breakfast before shooting that video, I wanted him to share it with us!
