Benjamin's journey began during his undergraduate years when he found himself neglecting his well-being and relationships in pursuit of a single-minded goal. This low point sparked a desire for change and set him on a path of self-improvement. He realized he was being reactive in his career, leading to resentment and negativity towards his leadership and organizations. This led him to conduct a reflective career audit, examining his professional and personal disappointments, social awkwardness, entrepreneurial spirit, and love for coaching and helping others.

In 2016, Benjamin founded Live for Yourself Consulting, a company dedicated to helping individuals let go of constraints and create careers they love. He developed the Live System, which initially stood for Life Intentions, Values, and Expectations. However, he discovered that successful clients also possessed three key traits: clarity, confidence, and control. These traits became the three C's of self-leadership within his system.

The Live System is similar to self-leadership and decision-making. It involves aligning your goals, intentions, values, and boundaries with who you are at your core. Benjamin emphasizes the importance of exploring your values and understanding yourself. By rating yourself on each value and assessing how aligned you are with them, you can determine areas in your life that may need changes.

He suggests asking yourself questions like, "What can I do today to live more true to my values?" or "What is misaligned with my values that is causing me stress or drain?" Identifying your happiest and least happy memories and looking for themes and keywords that reflect who you are at your core can help prioritize your values and define them in different areas of your life, such as work, relationships, and self.

Jacintha's approach to life planning was inspired by the book "Designing Your Life." She created a manifestation board, dividing her life into four categories: career, love, health, and personal growth. She emphasizes that planning is not about sticking to a rigid plan, but rather about organizing and categorizing thoughts and understanding priorities.
