The idea of surrounding your environment with nutrient-dense foods, how we look at different types of foods, and the lifestyle we try to live. By choosing healthier foods, we provide ourselves with better options. If we have CRAP, we will eat the CRAP.
Is it perfect? No, but we like to bias the balance of life towards health.
