More About Me:
I am a Resilience Coach, Birth Doula, and Emotional Healing Guide, walking alongside women and femmes like you who’ve experienced womb-related loss, such as infertility, a pregnancy loss, infant loss, traumatic pregnancy or childbirth, or missed opportunity to become pregnant.
I provide support in releasing grief, shame, guilt and other heavy emotions; in restoring trust in your body; and reconnecting to your sense of wholeness—whether you’re working towards your next pregnancy or your personal Rebirth. I've been recognized by the Borough of Brooklyn, New York for supporting families who've experienced pregnancy and infant loss and have the honor of being a confidante, cheerleader, guide, and space-holder for beautiful beings like you across the world.
I was born on the island of Jamaica, where I credit my love for nature, music, dancing, and belly laughs as medicine! This healing work for me is sacred, a soul-calling...and it truly is a gift to weave and be woven in this incredible tapestry with you.

Ep 2: The Story of My First Pregnancy Loss
This is the first time that I publicly share the experience of losing my first pregnancy. I recorded this episode with my dear friend, Sophia (pre-quarantine in NYC), which is symbolic on many levels. For one, she was there with me in the hospital as I was losing my little one and she recounted an incredibly powerful moment that I had forgotten about. And second, the recounting of this experience brought sadness and tears, but also laughter, gratitude, and a whole lot of love.
This episode emphasizes the importance of having a tribe—people who can be with you in your most vulnerable moments, and hold space for all the emotions that come up. It also sets the stage for the transformation I've experienced after losing my first pregnancy (Bella) and then my little preemie (Mateo).
I'd love to hear your thoughts on this episode. Were there aspects of my journey that reminded you of yours? Email me to share your thoughts at [email protected] or DM on IG - @thebirthwarriors.
