Robbie Gross joins us again to go over a sad week in Caps hockey as the team was officially eliminated from this year's playoffs. Filling in for Anna for the remainder of the season is the dynamite Cheryl Anne Forster--C4 to those who know her best.

We complete a recap of the two games played during the week---two different efforst levels, same result....sadly. The three of us also go over what can be expected as far as possible offseason moves for the team.

April is starting off with a thud as Our Caps come ever closer to officially missing the playoffs. To ease the pain, we call on Laura Bach and John Blackburn otherwise known as that Rockin' Caps fan combo The CAPtasTROHPIES.

If you're not familiar with their work, you should be. They are the super awesome duo that posts the song parodies on Twitter (@captastrophies) whenever one of Our Caps scores a goal.

They tell their stories both on how they became fans of hockey and of the Caps as well as the adorable (Yes, dammit! We do adorable sometimes here!) story on how they met. They also give a bit of a peek behind the curtain and talk about their creative process as well as their work lives.

Speaking of which, Laura describes her work with the Gaithersburg branch of Fleet Feet which helps with a specialized outfitting process to provide optimum footwear for active lifestyles. They are a supportive (pun intended) business in the DMV, their mission statement is below:
