Futurist and repeat On Point guest David Smith says insurance professionals should get real about their careers and what the industry has been selling. Artificial intelligence is changing the game — and you may as well own your future. First, he says, AI is creating a world where the risk and insurance industry will be more about “digital customer-centric risk cover” versus what carriers have provided for centuries.
