I really appreciate this shows ability to answer important mental health related questions while incorporating elements of comedy and humor. They might not want to be an R rated podcast, but I cuss like a sailor and love *occasional* dark humor. I was a listener on spotify for a year or more until I decided to join the Patreon, and the additional content does not disappoint.

Pod Therapy was recommended to me last year through a friend as I was beginning my mental health journey. I listened to a few episodes and was happy with the content so I became a supporter of the show. Nick, Jim, Whitney and Jacob are an insightful bunch with great banter and advice. I cannot recommend this podcast more especially for people looking into taking care of their mental health. This is a great place to get advice on where to start!
