How to address real Problems? 5 - By Sri Krishnaji
Isn’t true that there will always be polarity? there will be chaos and order . Is is not the same with violence and peace?
As long as we human species live I am sure we will have all these problems. We are masters at creating problems. Where there is no problem we can create a problem. And as long as we are going to be in unawakened state we can create more problems. Yes, all these principles are true - where there is order there is chaos, where there is peace there will also be violence all that is true. But what we have to understand is that most of it is created by us unnecessarily. So whatever is unnecessary that is what we need to stop.
There are definitely certain things that is totally out of our control. But I am sure wars, I am sure destruction of nature, I am sure racial discrimination I think these are problems definitely we can find solutions to if we can awaken to this enlightened state of consciousness. We of course cannot stop from an asteroid hitting earth I don’t think so that’s possible. If that happens then we have a serious problem. We definitely can’t stop if something happens tomorrow and weather changes for some reason we don’t know. like, or if sun becomes suddenly too hot.
These things are beyond our control. We don’t know whether we can control those things. But definitely there are many many problems that we can address as human beings. The way we can bring up our children, the way we relate to our wife or husband, the way we can relate to our brother or sister, the way we relate to our parents, the way we relate to friends, the way we relate to societies, nations. I think all these, I think we can definitely address.
we don’t need so much of conflict and so much of tension because we basically believe that we are the most superior species in this planet. and that you know we can control anything and everything. But unfortunately we are not able to control ourselves and we are not able to control anything that is happening around us.
Though we tend to believe that we can control everything. And everything seems to be constantly going out of control. And the reason that’s happening is because we do not have an awakened state. So yes, the principles you are saying is true but these can be worked on and we can make sure that there is lesser and lesser chaos and there is more and more order. less and less violence and more and more peace.
For example we all know that we can stay healthy if we stop eating sugar. But none of us want to do that. We want to eat sugar and fall sick. And after falling sick we want to say, now ok I want to stay healthy. Yes, the logic that yes health is there because there is sickness, logic is there but you don’t need to have sickness. you can stay healthy, if you really follow the diet and exercise, meditate, do yoga you can stay healthy you don’t need sickness.
So all these principles are right. There is so much that we as human beings can do. There is so much that we as human beings can change. And that’s possible when we awaken to this powerful state of peace.
Domestic violence during global crisis -By Sri Krishnaji

Free your heart of violence. Make your home a heaven.
In whichever family the woman is disrespected and violated, in whichever family a girl child is violated that family can never prosper. They will lose their abundance.
Domestic violence during global crisis
Our current global crisis has taken many lives and many businesses.
This is obvious.
What is not visible to the naked eye, is the silent torture, that is going on in families all over the world.
Sadly domestic violence is on the rise in every Nation.
Often times, domestic violence is perpetrated by men. And during this period of lockdown, these men who are prone to violence are not going out for work.
Many of them are addicts of some kind.
Their frustration at being quarantined, and not being able to give in to their addictions, is being shown on innocent children and women.
I would ask every perpetrator of violence to introspect, and to break free of their inner aggression.
This would be the right time to do it.
No human being is born violent. Violence is not the true nature of any human being. It is an aberration that could have set in due to numerous reasons.
The first reason could be, that you have over the years allowed the fire of anger, the fire of suspicion and the fire of jealousy to grow in you, and consume you.
Is this your problem? Please reflect and see the truth. There is no shame in ever seeing the truth. It will transform you.
The second reason could be that you have a deep hunger to be loved, and you don't know how to fill your heart with love. You have somewhere equated love with control and having total authority over the other.
You want to own your partner or your children or daughter-in-law, like you own a piece of furniture.
This is something you must understand—Absolute obedience is never love; it is slavery.
Love is only possible between 2 people who respect each other.
When you hurt a person emotionally and physically, what they feel for you is fear or anger.
Love cannot arise in the heart of someone, in whom you have put fear. It cannot arise if you have insulted them.
If you want to be loved, it is never late, take the time- heal the hearts of people you have hurt.
Please reflect -Are you giving in to violence because you are hungry for love, and don't know how to find it, or, are you ashamed to ask for it with dignity and respect?
I want you to know this secret of consciousness - In whichever family the woman is disrespected and violated, in whichever family a girl child is violated- that family can never prosper. They will lose their abundance. They will not receive the grace of the divine.
If you really want to transform, take this step today.
Sit together with your family. Hold each others hands without shyness.
Ask the divine to bless you and your family, to live with peace and love, and to heal your hearts of all anger and bitterness.
With this prayer in your heart, You may either listen to this chant, or chant along.
You will certainly find the beginning of a great change in your life.
The mantra is Hamsa Sohan Ekam, which at its simplest level means I am in the devine, the divine is in me, we are one.
Later in the day, you may also want to take sometime and apologise to your loved ones, if you have ever been violent with them.
And it becomes important that as a family, you forgive and support anyone in the family who wants to transform, and is making an effort to grow.

You are what you Eat - By Sri Preethaji

You are what you Eat - By Sri Preethaji
Let me talk of four stages of food and four fundamental insights for each of the stages of foodThe first stage of food is the way it is grown. when you grow food in the farm, remember this one principle alone – what you cannot put on your skin please don’t put it on the body of the plant.
Just as our skin suffers, so too the plant suffers. and that suffering of the plant energetically becomes a part of our body and becomes sickness in us.
The second stage of food is cooking. Everything in this universe has a field of energy around it.
Our emotions too are fields of energy that cause impressions. That is why in India, when you visit a home where death has happened and you return- they ask you to have a shower and change clothes. Why? One of the many reasons is that your clothes and skin carry the impressions of the sadness in that house as thoughts. Wash your body with turmeric water or salt, you are washing away those sad thought impressions.
Similarly, while coming to food- one has to be conscious of the emotional state you are in. Your anger, sadness or fear does become impressions on the food you are cooking and will generate similar thoughts in the ones who are eating it. If you are joyful and peaceful while cooking, people who eat your food will feel upbeat and positive. One of the most important factors we look into for our chefs on campus here is their levels of happiness or unhappiness.
The third stage of food is "what" you eat and "when" you eat. I will only say this much to you- feel how your body feels after eating. If it feels heavy and drowsy after eating, don't eat that food. If you feel too agitated and uneasy and does not allow you to sleep, don't eat that food. If it makes you feel light, it makes you feel awake and fresh- I would say that food is right for you.
Let not your tongue become the master and make decisions for you. Let your awareness be your master.
Regarding when you should eat? The best time to eat is when the sun has still not gone down the horizon. And give a gap of 14 hours between the last meal of the day and the first meal of the day.
The fourth stage is - how to eat?
The ancients say- Annam parabrahma swaroopam. Which means- that spoon of food in your hand today contains the entire universe in it. It is universal consciousness itself.
Before you eat- pause. Take a clear look at the food in your plate with total awareness of colour and smell. Breathe slowly. And for a few moments thank the earth, the wind, the sun, the moon, the rains, the earthworms, the farmer, the chef - everyone who went into making the food.
Thank them all. Thank the universe for blessing you with this food and begin eating. Eat slowly. Hold the food in your mouth for a few seconds before you chew it.
This kind of eating like a meditation, will for sure prevent every eating disorder, weight gain problem and make you into a joyful and radiant person.
Let food become such a conscious act of Meditation.

How to celebrate a joyful Ugadi or Gudi Padwa in times like these?
Look at the universe around you. Everything is cyclical. Everything moves in cycles.
If you looked at the world around you, everything is going through a cyclic movement.- The electrons around the nucleus., The planets around the sun, The galaxy around the center of the universe.
And the universe itself is collapsing and expanding.
Even human life goes through cycles of order and disorder.
Human life itself moves in cycles isn’t it?
Birth and death,
winning and losing,
progress and passivity,
health and ill health.
Everything is a cyclic movement.
No human being ever truly lives, when they try desperately to cling to one and resisting and deny the other side of the cycle. You only live in fear of the other side of the cycle ever happening.
Thrill and zest disappears from life. Sacredness disappears.
Birth and death then become more hospital center’s experiences. In a hospital you are born, in a hospital you will die.
Is this all there is to life?
No. Life is a mystery, an experience where you can’t run from anything.
And that is the essence of Udadi, or Gudi Padwa isn’t it?
It is a reminder to pause and bring attention to the wholeness of life without denying anything or clinging on to anything- , the bitter, the sweet, the sour, the spicy, the bland and the astringent - all tastes of life experiences to be accepted.
It is a celebration of life. And think of it - this would be your first Ugadi or Gudi Padwa at home with your loved ones - alone.
You have run too much in life. The Chinese would call this running “yang”. And nature is now saying “be still“. This the Chinese would call “yin” a movement inward.
Life has now put all of us in the stillness mode. Let us celebrate it.
This still and beautifully quiet time, can make you realize that you don’t need too much in life to be happy. The most important thing is for you have a beautiful inner state.
Once again let us remember, staying home can be a sadhana for your evolution, for your family to grow in love- it is also the most significant seva you are doing to save lives. If we Indians, who are more than 1 billion population can contain this epidemic, we will actually be saving the world.
So stay home and celebrate with each other.
Meditation
Shall we move inward for a few minutes and experience the Divine now?
Sit still.
Please close your eyes.
Feel the divine, who is the Antaryamin in all our hearts in any form or name you choose.
Ask the divine to help you accept and celebrate this stillness and togetherness with your family, even as you will celebrate movement and rush in the future.
You may now listen to the powerful Ekam mantra and chant along with it. The mantra is -Hamsa Soham Ekam, which at its simplest level means, I am in the divine, the divine is in me, we are one.
Whenever you are ready you may open your eyes.

Dussehra or Navaratri - By Sri Preethaji
Dussehra or Navarathri is a celebration of the mother goddess. However Krishna ji and I see it also a celebration of the feminine in all of us. Navaratri to us is also the journey of a spiritual seeker towards Enlightenment.
Hinduism is one of the world's oldest religion and its timeless messages are often communicated not in the lengthy explanations, but are coded in symbols, they are coded in images.
Most Indians assume Dussehra is celebrated because Durga killed the demon Mahishaasura in some parallel reality, in Some by-gone time.
But do you want to know the truth?
The truth is that we are the goddess and we are the Asura or the demon.
To me the goddess is not a force outside of us. She is the mother, the feminine, the shakthi, the divine womb in which universes are birthed and dissolved, who can be accessed in our consciousness.
And the demon also is not outside us. It is our own unawakened, ignorant, separate self.
They call Dussehra as Navaratri, meaning 9 nights instead of Nava Dina or 9 days. Do you know why? Close your eyes for a moment. What do you see? You see ratri.
Ratri symbolizes the darkness that happens when you are sitting with your eyes shut in meditation. It is an unfoldment in consciousness.
The first three days of Navaratri is the play of Durga.
Goddess Durga accordingly to the myth wakes up the Yoga Maya of Mahavishnu and kills the demons Madhu and Kaitabha.
On the seekers path the death of these asuras means, the dissolution of the two core suffering states of anger and greed.
In a state of meditative awareness, the seeker summons the power of the mother goddess and goes through a deep powerful spiritual process of dissolving all anger related states of frustration, hate and vengefulness.
The seeker through a process dissolves all the greed related states of jealousy, anxiety and covetousness.
The mother goddess as Durga dispells darkness or dispells thamas from our consciousness. With this first milestone crossed, a spiritual milestone crossed, we have transcended Durgati or the downward collapse of our destinies into a disastrous fate.
When we transcend these states with the blessings of the divine mother, blessings of abundance begins to pour into our lives. That is why the 4th, 5th and 6th days of Navaratri are dedicated to mother goddess as Maha Laxmi.
Manifest Synchronicities - By Sri Preethaji

Want to make luck happen? Learn the art of making synchronicities happen on a consistent basis from Sri Preethaji.
Today I want to teach you how to make luck happen.
Kublai Khan; the famous Mongol general invaded Japan around 1274 AD. He invaded with 20,000 soldiers on 500 ships. And Japan was hardly prepared for this kind of a battle on sea. Japanese soldiers were more trained in single combat.
Just as the Mongols were reaching the shore, a massive storm stretching from horizon to horizon broke and tore the Mongolian fleet apart. It left no survivors.
The Japanese called it as the ‘Divine Wind.’ They called it 'Kamikaze'.
Seven years later, 100,000 Mongols again attempted to attack Japan. This time a Typhoon, completely out of season, destroyed the entire fleet!!
Now what would you call this?
Some would call it an accident, some would call it a miracle, some would call it a co- incidence, some would call it luck.
We could call it a - ‘Synchronicity’
So what is a synchronicity ? And why do w call it a synchronicity?
We see the universe not as blocks of matter, but as patterns of energy. When we speak of synchronicities, we see that these are meaningful harmonious occurrences that some how are either aligned towards our heart's intention or aligned towards the greater well-being of life.
Such synchronicities have happened to people. We think they are random occurrences. But we want them to happen to us on a consistent basis. Isnt it?
Is it possible? It definitely is.
We have for several years now studied and intuited the 'Science of Synchronicities'. Thousands of students of the Academy today regularly manifest synchronicities - both on a massive scale and in their daily experiences, such that they feel their life has a magical quality to it.
They get in touch with the right people they were looking for - and land in the right dream opportunities.
They come upon the right information they were looking for - and with that information create a difference to others.
They receive the right messages from the universe at the right time, when they are actually questing for an answer,
This takes away their inner struggle and leads them to peace.
But for these things to happen, two things must happen in your consciousness.
The first one is you need to experience a 'Beautiful Inner State'
And the second factor that needs to happen to you is - for you to experience a magnificent connection with the Universal Intelligence, call it divine, call it a field or call it God.
Most people think that the Universal Intelligence or the Divine is a massive force field. But only the Mystics know, only the ones whose heart has awakened know - that you can actually experience a personal connection with this massive Mystic Force field, with this Universal Intelligence. And this Universal Intelligence can actually relate to you.
A Mystic knows that this Universal Intelligence can be related to as a being - as a friend, as a mother, as a father, as a beloved, as a grandfather.
When you live in a beautiful state and connect to the Universal intelligence, relate to this Universal intelligence – and ASK- then you see events flow according to a strange sequence- like balls on a pool table and Synchronicities happen!
Just as Physics, Math, Biology or Chemistry are Sciences with enormous intricate details; so too the ‘Science of Consciousness’ is vast. It's like a vast ocean with endless shores. And it reveals itself to those who are passionate.

Learn from Sri Preethaji on two states of consciousness
Understanding the Chit Shakti -the power of consciousness, Is like understanding say, the ocean currents, So you can navigate the boat of your life with ease.
CHIT SHAKTI
Let me now talk to you a little about Ekam - it is the ground on which I am sitting right now which is getting streamed to you. Sunrise is a very special time at Ekam.
Ekam is built in the ancient mystical 3 dimensional energy form of surya or the sun.
Every morning as the sun’s rays hit the sanctum of Ekam, powerful energies course through it and radiate out into the world.
Ekam is a mystic powerhouse. It is a unique structure that combines the earth’s energies and the cosmic energies creating a powerful field within itself. Anyone who meditates inside the sanctum of Ekam will be able to access the powerful field of energy and effortlessly immerse deep into transcendence.
The ancients in India called consciousness as Chit.
Today as we delve into the power of consciousness let us understand Chit Shakti - the power of consciousness.
Understanding the Chit Shakti -the power of consciousness, Is like understanding say, the ocean currents, So you can navigate the boat of your life with ease. So you can take advantage of both tides – you can take advantage of the low tide as well as the high tide.
To understand Chit -Shakti, let us realize a simple and yet a profoundly transforming insight from Krishnaji,
Krishnaji says- All human beings only experience life from two states of being- a suffering state or a beautiful state. There is no third state of being. And the most important decision of our life is from which state do we want to live and experience our life.
Let me explain what a beautiful state is. These are flow states, it could be experience of joy, gratitude, courage, peace, love, serenity etc
And if we look at suffering states- these are states in which you experience an inner disturbance. You experience agitation within yourself and they are states where you experience friction. It could be anger, anxiety, loneliness, sadness, depression, insecurity or guilt.
Whether you are in a beautiful state or a suffering state - the test is your experience of life. Does the experience of your life feel like a flow or does it feel stressful and hurting.
The first experience of these states is felt in how you experience life- whether you feel life is a blessing or you feel life is a burden.
The second impact of these states is you see it in your decisions, in your choices, the actions and consequences you will create in your life.
The third impact of these states is they affect the sequence of events that unfold in your life. They either bring chaos or they bring order into your life.
RISE ABOVE MEDIOCRITY - By Sri Krishnaji
pkconsciousness
12/29/20 • 4 min
Most people live mediocre lives.
I use the word mediocre and not ordinary because there is a great beauty in being ordinary- without a struggle to be special, without a struggle to be noticed. There is a great beauty to life when a struggle to be anything different disappears.
An ordinary day with your morning coffee, evening walk and the many daily chores can feel extraordinary. It is a gift to live with an uncomplicated mind.
If you live with a complaining, disappointed, anxious mind you are living a mediocre life; are you not?
Most people live their entire life oscillating within the vortex of
some security and insecurity
some pleasure and disappointment
some excitement and boredom
Is this all there is to the glory of human consciousness?
No. This is but identifying a tiny shrinking pond with the ocean.
Human consciousness is incredibly rich. Every one of you is capable of incredible glory.
Preethaji and I believe that a journey beyond mediocrity happens to any human being not through accumulated information but through a powerful experience that can catapult you to higher states of consciousness.
Fundamentally there are three kinds of transcendental experiences that reveal to you a dimension beyond the mind.
The first of these is a mystical experience, which is also called a conversion experience. When you have a mystical experience you convert from being an atheist or a believer to a Discoverer of the divine.
In a mystical experience, your pineal gland which is located in the region of your third eye in the middle of your eye brows gets activated and the mystical dimension opens up to you revealing a sacred dimension.
When seekers have such an experience, they give up destructive addictions and become faith-driven.
The second kind of transcendental experience is a transformation experience.
When seekers have a transformational experience the neurons in the heart get activated in a massive manner. You go beyond obsession, go beyond self centricity to a space of causeless love and compassion.
The third kind of transcendental experience is an enlightenment experience or an awakening experience.
When seekers have such an experience, your entire nervous system gets charged with massive jolts of electricity and you go beyond the limited self to the realm of oneness, into the realm of non-duality.
Your spiritual current surges.
These experiences don’t necessarily transform you into saints. They will transform you into awakened parents, awakened leaders, awakened teachers and awakened researchers and awakened wealth creators.
You rise above mediocrity.
And Ekam is created to be a gigantic mystic powerhouse that can push you into these 3 dimensions of consciousness - an extraordinary consciousness.
