Ep 20: Permission to Organise Your Biz Goals with Stephanie Lou
Permission To with Sam Dhu
01/17/22 • 26 min
Stephanie Lou is a natural born organiser and the creator of Stephanie Lou, Systems & Strategy. She is here to help small business owners with all their Business Admin Organising and creating the foundations to succeed. Just think of her as your own personal Systems & Goal Organiser.
Steph founded this business out of desire to be bold and embrace the things she truly loved doing. After returning to work from maternity leave, into the Corporate World, she found the struggles of holding negative energy and feeling undervalued in the work place, not worth her time and she didn't want to sacrifice the little time in this life that we get. She made the bold move to launch herself into the Virtual Assistant world with no online experience but just the support of the Permission Granted Community and 10 years of administration management skills. Feeling the ground as she walked, she grew to love the online space and now seeks to share her skills of seeing the bigger picture and organising with her Online Community!
Whilst Steph's business has seen her pivot and grow into areas she never thought possible, the end game has always remained the same. Teach her clients how to maximise their time through productive task management and goal-oriented tasks. Steph utilises the project management tool Asana to teach her clients how to manage their overwhelm and plan for their success. By mapping out their goals and reverse engineering them into their daily, weekly and monthly actions, growth and success is now a sustainable option!

Ep 17: Permission to Uncover the Real You - Explore Your Enneagram with Sam Baldock
Permission To with Sam Dhu
12/07/21 • 26 min
Co-host Lucy-Anne Lewis chats with Sam Baldock about what led her to Permission Granted and her biggest mindset shift since working with Sam. They also discuss her journey with life coaching and enneagrams and why every woman should understand theirs.
About Sam
Sam is an Enneagram coach for coaches and service based business owners. She is a qualified life coach, accredited Enneagram practitioner and has recently completed training in Enneagram for teams.
Back in 2017 she was introduced to the Enneagram via a leadership course. Learning her enneagram type gave her permission to stop trying to fit into the boxes that were never made for her and start to embrace her strengths.
After having her first born she trained as a life coach and realised what an asset it would be to understand her client’s enneagram type to support them on a deeper level and went on to get accredited in the Enneagram.
Her mission is for women to understand their Enneagram type so they can have a deeper awareness of themselves and how they see the world, so they can embrace their strengths and start to show up as their real selves in both business and life.
Sam is a mum to two boys, who she raises with her husband on the picturesque North West coast of Tasmania with their labradoodle Millie.

Ep 13: Permission To Be Worthy in the Body You Already Have with Lucy-Anne Lewis
Permission To with Sam Dhu
10/03/21 • 37 min
I’m so excited about today’s episode. I am interviewing my dear friend and client Lucy-Anne Lewis about her body acceptance journey, the mindset shifts it required and some tips and tools to help you get started on your body acceptance journey too!
About Lucy-Anne
Lucy is a fat babe, a rebel and a body acceptance coach. She's both a qualified counsellor and qualified life coach. She is anti-diet, and pro self-love. Her mission is to help women accept their bodies so that they can be more confident and live their joy.
After spending far too much of her life trying to change her body, and being afraid to take up space in the world and follow her own joy, she thought she might try accepting her body instead, and it changed her life.
Lucy no longer spends time worrying about her body, or letting it hold her back from life. Instead, she follows her joy every single day, because there is nothing wrong with her body. And she wants you to know that there is nothing wrong with your body either.
Lucy is also a Mum to a firecracker 5 year old named Tilly, married to her best friend, and they live in the Perth Hills together with their Sausage Dog Kransky, rescue cat Buffy and new addition, Popcorn the axolotl.
Ep 9: Permission To Stop Sucking It In with Rosie Rees
Permission To with Sam Dhu
08/18/21 • 38 min
How do we learn to accept the body we have instead of the body we think we should have.
How do we start seeing our body as more than something that is there to serve & please others (by looking a certain way/ by pleasing others/performance etc)
How do we respond when someone makes unhelpful comments about our body image &/or size
ABOUT ROSIE:
Rosie Rees is a leading Sex & Relationship Coach, founder of crystal sex toy compay 'Yoni Pleasure Palace' and creator of the well-known three hour Women's Nude Yoga workshop, 'Naked Awakening'.
After ditching her vibrator in 2013, Rosie decided to create an online shop dedicated to slowing down self pleasure and prioritising pelvic floor wellness. What started with a simple Jade Egg practice transformed into designing bespoke pleasure wands and de-amouring tools for women with differing pelvic needs and pleasure desires. As a modern day nudist, Rosie also believes that spending more time naked on the yoga mat creates a healthier body image and improves our beliefs and perceptions about our body.
Rosie’s coaching sessions are transformational experiences bringing women in closer connection with their Yoni, which lead to more empowering sexual experiences with themselves and their partner.
She lives in sea-side city, Perth in Western Australia with her female partner, sassy three year old and Spoodle puppy, Harry!
