“black & white” thinking & how to start seeing the "grey area”
05/10/24 • 42 min
ep 42. black and white mindsets have been a very common theme throughout my life. constantly viewing things as one or the other with no in between is so normal, but also so limiting. i've found that the more i challenge that thinking and look for the "grey area" in life, that's where i find true freedom and happiness!
in this episode i talk through how black and white thinking shows up in my life currently, how it is potentially harmful, and ways to start combating the "all or nothing" thinking and see the "in between".

my struggles with perfectionism & some advice
ep 41. this episode brought me to tears while recording and it hit close to my heart. this topic is very fitting for the title of this podcast as i talk about the ways i feel my perfectionism is holding me back and keeping me stuck in a limited mindset. as well as opening up about my struggles i share some ways i've been trying to help myself and work through moments of self doubt and compulsive perfectionism. sending love! xoxo
