Coach Eastman now works as a keynote speaker motivating some of the world's biggest corporations and organizations to motivate their workforce and build a team culture.

Here he touches on accountability, being intentional, circles, the people you bring in and the values you espouse.

He also talks about performance leakage and the concept of capability gaps.

As well as share his stories of why the best are the best. Coach Kevin Eastman s a former American basketball coach.

He was assistant coach and Vice President for Basketball Operations of the Los Angeles Clippers of the NBA (2013-14).

Eastman was also an assistant with the Boston Celtics to Coach Doc Rivers including the championship season of '07-'08.

He was an NBA assistant for 13 years.

With siblings and family members to look up to, including Uncles, the popular 70s group known as Travares and also his father who was a Lieutenant Colonel in the US Military, one of only a handful of African Americans to hold such a high military position.
