Nicole 'The Pole' Williams Talks About What She Did To Get Out of a Two Year Depression

Nicole the Pole Williams is an aerial phenom. You have seen her working the pole in music videos such as Rhianna’s 'Pour it Up', Cardi B’s 'Money', Ne-Yo’s 'She Knows' and the list goes on. She has appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Access Hollywood, The Insider, and Ricki Lake. She taught Nick Lachey how to pole dance on VH1, and even gave the Grammy-winning gospel group Mary Mary pole dance lessons. She's also the first African American to create a pole dance instructional DVD series and had one of the biggest studios in Los Angeles. We discuss how depression crept into her life and robbed her from doing what she loved to do and how coming out of it birthed a new career and passion, becoming Nicole The Soul Williams the life coach.
