Be it the cultural differences or stereotypes seeded by propaganda that distance us, we are so much more alike than we are different. We simply need to have the conversations. It's Okay Not to Be Okay

Breathe. Sigh. You are not alone.

First of all, we’re all still in a world-wide pandemic. Secondly, most of us are either suffering a loss of some kind, going though some type of transition, or not quite feeling like ourselves.

After you’ve gotten the appropriate help, be it therapy, counseling, connected with your spiritual source, have had a physical checkup and you still don’t feel settled. You still don’t feel okay? Sigh. You are not alone.

Listen. We hear you, we are here you and we feel you because, maybe for different reasons and at various levels of awkwardness, we’re right there with you.

We are not okay and that’s okay! Breathe. Sigh.

If you feel you need support for your mental health, including thoughts of suicide (1(800) 273-TALK (8255), reach out for appropriate professional help because you deserve to receive it. feeling differently for various reasons.
