This time they head to LA to learn about upcycling of food waste with social entrepreneur Kaitlin Mogentale, founder of Pulp Pantry, a social enterprise that sells food products made from recycled fruit and vegetable pulp. The conversation started with understanding more about Kaitlin and why she chose this PATH and opened up to a greater conversation about food waste and what each of us can do on an individual level and in our communities to collectively make a difference.
