Cindy Jesse North London Wellness, located in London, Ontario. She is a very experienced Physiotherapist who is seeing injuries in children that are completely avoidable if parents only monitored screen time and exercise. If children are spending an average of 4-6 hours on a device a day, they are simply not moving. If they aren't moving, they are not growing and developing the way they should be. Cindy talks about concussions and how they take longer to recover from now than before. Protect your kids health and manage phone time to let them play outside and become strong. The worry in sports now is a clear division in incredible athletes and kids who aren't strong, uncoordinated, lack proprioception and are too tired to even play.
