Coping with Colic with Christian Bates

Witching hour has arrived, your baby starts to cry and boy does it go on longer than an hour..some days it does not seem to end...and then you have the comments from others saying it's just colic...your baby will get over it...But what is colic really and how can you best support your baby though it?

I have been diving into the archives with parenting professionals that I have worked with and this week I bring the amazing Christian Bates to you. A colic expert! Christian Bates qualified in Naturopathy in 1997 from the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy. In 2008 he opened the award-winning Perrymount Clinic in Haywards Heath, written a book and helped hundreds of babies and supported parents on his journey.

This week's podcast are the video audios he kindly did over on my Instagram. He talks about that Witching Hour, planned c-section babies, fast deliveries, probiotics, lockdown babies and "what if you have tried everything...".
