Ella's Keeping Company is a well known boutique in Renfrew that was founded in 1999. The addition of "Ella's" came in 2007 when owner Lisa Vincent knew it was time to expand. She attributes her boutique's success to her dedicated staff who connects and creates long-term customer relationships, helping shoppers to not only find what they're looking for, but by making them feel great and empowered, while also leaving the store with a warm feeling. Lisa shares what it was like opening a gifts and home decor boutique back in the 90's, the different trends she's seen over the years and how acceptable cups and mugs with crude words on them would never have been accepted back then (but yet it's the older generation who's now buying them!), along with why she always wanted to be in the downtown core vs. inside the former Renfrew Mall.
