Sylvia Worsham received her second chance at life on Easter Sunday morning in 2012. She used this major turning point to trade-off her multiple award-winning sales career at Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, to become the Author, Multi-Lingual Speaker and Turning Points Coach she is today. Sylvia lives her passion by helping men and women, who find themselves at a crossroads, navigate change with confidence, faith and joy!
Her mission is to help professional parents become the best version of themselves, trust and act on their inner wisdom, and integrate their personal and professional lives with joy. She does this through her Joy in the Journey Masterminds, Keynote Addresses, One-on-One Coaching, and Conditioning Programs. She resides in Austin, Texas with her amazing husband and two children.

Have you ever surrendered to God's will for your life?
I did, on April 7, 2012 when six doctors walked into my hospital room and gave me a 20% chance of surviving.
I faced multiple pulmonary embolisms (one is deadly, I had more than 5), a blood clot, almost completely blocked blood supply to my organs, a possible liver failure and liver transplant. The doctors were doubtful I would survive the night.
On Easter Sunday morning, God made an unexpected visit to my ICU room. At a time when most would feel defeated, I felt peace in a broken space.
Before that turning point, I existed as a high achieving perfectionist. I lived a life of survival as a single mom to a young son after a painful divorce.
Despite winning multiple awards at the #1 Pharmaceutical company in the world, my life felt empty and without purpose.
After I received my second chance at life, I traded-off my Corporate Sales Job, moved to Austin, Texas, married the love of my life and made the transition to stay-at-home parent for the next four years.
I was determined to find my true divine Soul's purpose.
In May 2017, a strong prompting, propelled me to reach out to the John Maxwell team to become a certified Speaker, Coach & Trainer.
When the pandemic hit, another prompting, led me to write and publish my first book: Journey to Me: Trust the Wisdom of Change.
The book shares real and raw stories of change and how turning points truly are life-changing. In it, I reveal the blueprint I used in my own life to shift towards my SOUL's purpose and desires.
My quest to find my Divine Soul's purpose, led me down many paths and lessons learned that I apply today. I vulnerably share these with men and women who find themselves at crossroads and empower them to become the best version of themselves!
