OneMinding - A Revolution for the Mind

Thought traps are patterns of thought that often appear negative to us. We can often get stuck in them and find ourselves overthinking and paying too much attention to our minds. This often prevents us from seeing things as they really are, and instead, we look at life through the distorted lens of our unhelpful thinking.
In this episode, we help you in Identifying where you fall into these traps and how to come out of them more easily by understanding what thought is and how it works. We explore how to be present in the moment, and see how the only thing we are really up against is our own thinking. We show you how understanding The Three Principles begins to help us to unravel many years of unhelpful, thoughts, beliefs and behaviours.
We hope you enjoy the show.

Ep34 - Burnout & Stress

In this episode, we focus on Burnout & Stress, especially within the world of trading and markets. We explore the power of thought and how the mind works. Understanding this helps us avoid chronic stress and burnout which is a huge issue for many in today's hectic world.
We explore how stress is a thought-created cycle, originating within our own minds and not originating in the world. We look at the role of thought in all of our experiences and see that relief comes from understanding how our minds work and not from changing the world. The moment you see that chronic stress is an inside-out phenomenon, not an inevitable result of the circumstances in which we find ourselves, you are free.
