OneMinding - A Revolution for the Mind

In this episode we look at heartbreak and how it can often lead to breakthroughs. We tend to try to avoid heartbreak and can live in a state of protection which often shuts us down from living a full and happy life. What if we did not need to do that and we saw heartbreak in a new light? What if there was a way to have a different relationship with the pain we often feel in life. What if nothing needs to change other than how you see your experience for you to be okay. Join us on Unminding and take a deep dive into The Three Principles and how they create the breakthroughs that transform our lives from the inside out.
