05/11/20 • 52 min
There are two popular “jokes” floating around about couples during COVID-19 shelter-in-place: 1. The next baby boom will be in approximately 9 months, and, 2. The divorce rates are going to SKYROCKET as soon as social distancing ends.
Since none of us would like to see our marriages and / or partnerships crumble under the enormous financial, physical and emotional stress that this pandemic can bring, we have decided to go to the experts. While these stressors *can* break the longest standing relationships, there IS opportunity to use them to make us stronger TOGETHER.
Today, we are talking with relationship experts: Alexandra Jamieson and Bob Gower, so they can share their proven approach to getting clear on what you need and want individually so you can come together, support each other, and thrive as a team through this crisis and beyond. SIGN US UP!

Tara Stiles: What does wellness look like in the time of COVID-19?
With so many of us displaced from our homes, jobs, routines, and extended families, it can be hard to imagine prioritizing WELLNESS right now while many are simply aiming to SURVIVE. Despite what the rainbow, sparkly baths (that a #wfh parent could hardly dream of) filling our IG feeds may suggest, wellness doesn’t ever need to be picture perfect. In fact, wellness doesn’t have to LOOK like anything at all. Wellness is personal, and it is about how you FEEL. We are SO excited to have our amazing guest today here to speak with us about: finding ease during this crazy stressful time, what wellness can look like RIGHT NOW, and the future of wellness: the QUEEN of finding EASE herself, Tara Stiles!
Tara launches this amazing collaboration with her friend Ceizer to bring this Strala Yoga x Ceizer Feel Good Gang t-shirt to you to raise funds for the Global Antibiotic Research and Development Partnership. GARDP mobilizes resources and partners to develop lifesaving treatments for drug-resistant infections. 100% of the profits of these shirts will go to GARDP to help save lives. Grab a shirt, grab one for a friend, share on social, and let’s do this together.
We are also joined by Jen Palmer from Charlotte's Web, the makers of our new favorite CBD products to discuss the benefits of using CBD oil, gummies, topicals, and more! Use code "OFFTHEGRAM" for 15% off your Charlotte's Web orders now!
