So, on July 16th 2020, The Greeting Card Association (GCA) attempted to begin to change that by hosting its first ever *Noted Pitch Program for Black-Owned Companies and Makers. No one knew it at that time, but that event planted the seeds for Black Joy Paper, a diverse and visionary greeting card collective.
