Which episode should someone start with?

The first episode, even though this is not a season or a podcast that needs to be listened to in any order. I just think its pretty wild to hear how the show has evolved and matured over its lifetime, which is still very very short. We do the show primarily Monday through Thursday but have added a Friday show that is geared to highlight professional voices in the recruiting world

Which have been your favourite episodes so far?

They each have their own identity and flavor, offering something a little different each time even though its the same basic format. Honestly, I would have say my favorite episode is the next one...I really look forward and get excited about the "one coming next"

Which episode are you most proud of?

The first one, just because I did it. It's the shortest and I was nervous but really felt good after finishing it. I knew I was on to something. Then shorty after I started getting requests to be interviewed as well as thank you notes of appreciation. That solidified that this podcast was connecting and truly added another dimension to Now_d1 a Baseball Recruiting Facilitator

What is your vision for your show?

First to keep refining the presentation and flow of the show as well adding professional edits such as music and sound effects. I would like to sell advertisement as well as being sponsored. Ultimately, I hope the show becomes a go to for uncommitted prospects who hope to accelerate their recruitment

What is your favourite other podcast that isn't yours?

I'm into politics so all the Daily Wire stuff like Matt Walsh, Ben Shapiro, Candice Owens and Michael Knowles are on my daily listen to list. But lately I have been dialing into more Indie podcasts regardless of subject. Looking for ideas, styles, presentations that maybe can help with my development

How did you come up with the name for your podcast?

Nows_d1 has had a social media presences for several years (well over 18,000 followers on Twitter @Now_d1). But during all this time the overwhelming communication from me was written. So when the podcast was formed I finally had the opportunity to speak, thus Now_d1 Speaks

Tell us a bit about yourself

I'm married for 30 years will be celebrating 31 on October 17 this year. We have two kids and one grandson. My daughter is a college graduate, married and having a blast raising our grandson. My son is a former college baseball player who is a personal trainer as well as a social media influencer in the fitness world. We have a good life, I have been incredibly blessed
