Tell us about yourself – what is your background?
I am a Baseball Recruiting Facilitator - connecting uncommitted high school, JUCO and transfer prospects with college coaches.
Why did you get into podcasting?
To give a voice to all the uncommitted prospects that were only a video, stats or GPA. I do an interview that allows coaches to hear what kind of prospect they potentially could be recruiting
How did the idea for the show come about?
i run a Twitter account ~18,000 followers and all coaches can see is just overwhelming video. I thought a podcast would give uncommitted prospects a voice to help accelerate their recruiting
What do you hope listeners take from the show?
just how well polished these uncommitted prospects are off the field. Incredible GPA's, academic clubs, social programs the list goes on. These kids are more than just baseball they are the leaders of tomorrow.
What's been the biggest challenge for you?
spreading the word of Now_d1 Speaks. Gaining more listeners outside of just the baseball community
