This time around the boys are joined by local musician Kate West.
Kate discusses the many varied things that currently occupy her time - from her solo work and her band through to her passion project "The Nightingale Sessions".
We maroon Kate on ‘Desert Island Dicks’ and during her answers she reveals such diversity as a meeting with Shed Seven as well as a previously unrealised love for films starring long haired lead actors on horseback!
Kate also plays not two, but three songs for us. Two of her own gems along with a fabulous cover of a Portishead hit.
