This is a moving meditation to support those who feel more embodied and present with movement. Movement can be used as a powerful tool to self-regulate, release stress, ground, process or feel more present - there are so many benefits to bringing momentum into your meditation. There is a misconception that mindfulness can only happen when you’re sitting still with your eyes closed- and whilst this may be true for some not everyone feels present in stillness. In this meditation you will be guided through a range of mindful movements, walking and embodiment practices.
NORMAL sessions is a series to support you in feeling more present during sex. We know how important it is to practice mindfulness regularly, it can also support you in feeling more present during sex. For those who are struggling to feel connected, aware or mindful during sex, I always recommended starting a daily meditation or stress management practice outside of a sexual context, as a way to practice these skills so you can integrate them more easily into sex with yourself or others. Before we get started with the meditation, take a few moments to set up your space, so you can feel as comfortable, safe, and present as possible
