Nordic Mythology Podcast

This week it's three doctors and one Daniel, as Mathias is joined by fellow scholars Rune Rasmussen, and Australian scholar Tyson Yunkaporta! Regular listeners will know Rune from his previous appearances in episodes 35, and 94. And Tyson is new to the show, but his expertise as a senior lecturer in Indigenous Knowledges at Deakin University in Melbourne is sure to come in handy during the discussion. Topics this week include: The Aun Year, what is it? What does that even mean? And why conspiracy theories like Qanon keep adopting Nordic Mythology. Sounds complicated enough!

If you would like to hear more from Rune you can find everything you need including links to his instagram and youtube at: nordicanimism.com/home1

And if you would like to check out Tyson's book that can be found here, or as he says, in the the shield wall: www.harpercollins.com/blogs/authors/tyson-yunkaporta-20202192322476

Ep - 117 Let’s Talk About Sex! with Jonas Lorentzen

This week Mathias and Daniel are sitting down with fan favorite Jonas Lorentzen to talk all about sex in the saga liturature! Jonas is no stranger to the show and also narrates our Patron only bonus storytime episodes. Other highlights this episode include Jonas sharing stories from the set of a recent music video he filmed in Ukraine, and possibly the most buck wild sentence ever spoken on this show... looks it's complicated you'll have to listen.
