Neurotrauma ICU nurse, educator, chair of the practice council, "CAUTI" educator, cat momma, and all around delight, Chelsea Neubauer joins us for a conversation. Chelsea shares her draw towards nursing and her unique journey into her many roles and motivations for doing this challenging work. As you will hear, it has not always been easy for Chelsea, but she has continued to develop her craft to support both her practice and her wellbeing. Chelsea bings creativity and professionalism into this field including an innovative way of communicating with a challenging situation using, "pillow talk". She is insightful and a joy to listen to.
