This week I’m having a chat with Tony Pitts. Tony’s an actor, writer and top, top bloke. I met him a few years back when he recorded an episode of our Two Shot podcast and a number of the things he said properly stuck with me. He’s thoughtful, poetic and authentic to a fault. He’s from Sheffield but has lived all over the shop and I’m buzzing to ask him about the clothes he wears and how they’ve shaped him as a person. What’s happening pals. Soz it’s been ages since the last episodes but we’ve got an absolute banger for you today. I’ve been down to Gloucestershire to have a chat with actor and lovely bloke Charlie Cooper.
I briefly met Charlie at a Waterstones in Bath about 7 years ago and loads has happened since then; massive films, being a dad, T.V. documentary series and Fulham FC have been up, down, and back up again.

From Kurtan Mucklowe’s early-morning TK Maxx foraging sprees, through Charlie’s short but sexy modelling career, up to the effortlessly perfect fisherman’s jumper he sported in his recent BBC folk mythology series, clothes have been a part of Charlie’s professional and personal life for a long time. We’ll hear about the formative experiences that haver shaped his sense of style and how that’s played out in his career so far.

On this ep, we’re chatting with Mia Williams from the 70s inspired fashion brand MadSeventies. Mia does it properly. Everything about her exudes 70s cool and her forward-looking, eco-friendly takes on nostalgia have been turning heads and adorning the chicest shoulders in music and showbiz for the best part of a decade.

Providing a mixture of vintage and reworked pieces, originally through her mega successful depop account and now on a D2C platform, Mia’s eye for detail and appreciation of culture and craft shine through. I met Mia years ago at a basement runway show in Stoke Newington and I can’t wait to see what she and the brand are up to today.
