Welcome to the first episode of the podcast! I am so thrilled you are here.
In this episode, I introduce myself and explain the reasons why I created this podcast. It is me saying hello and welcome if you will.
This podcast, that comes out twice a month, is about breast cancer, breast health and learning ways to live a healthier life.
There will be solo episodes as well as fascinating interviews with experts in the field of medicine, surgery, and the health and wellness space. Most importantly, however, I will be having conversations with those who have been affected by breast cancer and will be sharing their stories and experiences.
