The Murders of Sharabia Thomas and Rashawn Brazell by a Suspected Serial Killer

Two teens from the same street in Brooklyn, New York are murdered and dismembered a year apart. A dozen years later, the lead suspect was a neighbor. Has he done this before? Did he have more victims?
