Ive NEVER shared this before - so Im a little nervous about it.

This Audio will explain how I was able to find my way out of the darkness of depression that pulled at me and threatened my ability to see a way forward a few years ago.

(Long ass story short - I fell out of an 11 year relationship and realised that when my marriage fell apart, the rest of my life was soon to follow - my career, friendships, family, possessions, my home, my name.. everything fell apart..including me)

If you feel a little lost - and you are disappointed in the choices you have made, and maybe you dont know where you are heading...**THIS IS FOR YOU. **

I open my heart and share this with you - it seems simple on the surface, but if you really allow yourself to be open to this action task - I promise you, you will feel IMMEDIATE shifts within you that will guide you in taking IMMEDIATE action today.

I’ve recently come to understand that I have a subconscious radar within me that looks out for potential danger. I’m constantly scanning my environment and circumstances for challenges & threats. I’m unconsciously guarding myself at all times. Living that way is tense. It’s exhausting. It’s not in alignment with who I want to be and the way I want my life to feel.

So, before I go into the world, I have to take the time to quite literally enforce a gratitude practise on myself so that I can shift my mind from searching and scanning for things that are out to get me - and instead look for things I can be grateful for.
