Nielsen and Lisa Kepinski, founders of the Inclusion Nudges initiative. They developed the Inclusion Nudges change approach based on their backgrounds in behavioural and social science and their lived and professional experiences with diversity, equity, and inclusion. They have worked together online for the past 8 years creating a global movement to fundamentally change how to make more equitable, sustainable, and inclusive organisations, communities, and society.
