Episode 18: Winter Work Is Possible and Better for the Community
SFC Civil thrives on exceeding expectations and accomplishing the impossible, and one of those great impossibilities is building bridges in the middle of the South Dakota winter! Winter work actually comes with many advantages for both construction and the surrounding community! In this episode, our own Jared Gusso and Josh Dede share the secrets of just how possible winter civil construction actually is. A major factor is our team's depth of experience and our partnership with people like Steve Myer from IMEG, who also sees the immense benefits of winter work and enjoys giving our SFC Civil teams the "weird projects." Hear an example of our collaboration on a challenging and never-before-attempted coffer dam project that helped improve the lives of countless residents of rural South Dakota. Winter work is possible! And SFC is your team to get it done!
