Ep.14 Failures and mistakes are not who you are with CFM Carolyn Emond
The audio for this week's episode is not great, BUT if you can deal with it, you will learn how someone who understands that YOU ARE NOT your mistakes or failures progresses and grow.
Carolyn Emond shares with me how she uses the challenges, setbacks, and "bad" decisions in her life as data and not as a life ( or death) sentence.
She is an example of someone who can learn from all her experiences and how to continue evolving without the guilt, shame, and pity parties that we usually throw ourselves when we make something that does not turn out how we planned or is unexpected.
