24. Building a Multi-Million Dollar Empire while Raising Six Kids with Emma Issacs

Emma Isaacs is the Founder and Global CEO of Business Chicks. She’s also the author of Winging It (released September 15) and a mother to six kids aged 11 and under. Emma recently live-streamed the home birth of her sixth child from her living room with tens of thousands of viewers tuning in to watch his arrival. Emma doesn’t believe in work/life balance, preferring to advocate for a full life where people are in constant evaluation of what they truly want from it.

In this episode we talked about how work gives her energy, how she combats mom guilt, why she hasn’t quit working after 6 kids, how she decides what to say yes to and what to say no to and what her home life looks like managing a multi-million dollar business alongside writing a book and being a mom of six.
