Happy Summer everyone! Please make some time to decompress, soak up some rays and relax your mind, body and spirit. It’s so important to recharge so you're not running on empty.
Take that salsa class, learn to swim if you don’t know how to, travel as far as you’re comfortable going, buy a guitar or a keyboard and get a tutor, start writing your memoir, try some new recipes, you get the idea... Just do some things that are different this summer.
To allow us to recharge on our end, we’ll be publishing some of your old favorites, and you’ll also have the opportunity to catch up on any episodes you may have missed. In Season 3 we will focus on the challenges of putting yourself first.
So go on and enjoy yourself, and Be safe out there. And by the way if you have a story about the challenges you faced when you tried to put yourself first, we want to hear from you. Just go to our website and leave your info, and we’ll be in touch.
