Do you ever find yourself begging your child to "just take a bite"? How about "try it, you'll like it!" Or maybe you yourself had a "clean plate club" family growing up. These are all forms of pressure, that can actually make eating WORSE for children who struggle to eat! If you find yourself in this boat, you may be heading for some unwanted consequences.
