This week’s episode is a quick guide to help you feed your child before, during, and after exercise. Whether your child is doing a sport all year round or only plays sports for certain seasons it is very important to make sure that they are fueling properly to support their activities. We give lots of pre and post practice snack and meal ideas, and then we give you all of the information you need to know about sports drinks and if your child should be drinking them.
