Start before you’re ready, schedule it in

It’s okay if it looks different

Ditch perfectionism, fear of failure, and fear of being a beginner

Take responsibility for your actions

Your host Surabhi Veitch is the owner of The Passionate Physio, and is a Registered Physiotherapist and Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness Coach. She's also a mama of 2 and a long-term lover of movement.

Surabhi offers virtual Physiotherapy and Fitness Coaching services and programs to help moms get strong and active in their postpartum bodies.

Her goal with the Mom Strength podcast is to continue to empower and educate moms so they know they're never alone and that there is support for whatever they may be going through.
