So interesting in fact that when Harvey Pekar, creator of the American Splendor comic book series, met Michael in 2003 they ended up talking for hours...and then Harvey realizing that Michael was one of the most creative, unusual, confusing and fascinating people Harvey had ever met...and then Harvey decided to write a book all about Michael.
