This week we are looking at how you build your Know, Like and Trust factor (KLT) with your audience. More so than in the last century we are looking at the people behind the business when we buy. We want to know if the person is telling us the truth we want to feel a connection and we want to know a bit about them. Buying has become more p2p (person to person) than b2c (business to consumer).
We are being encouraged all over social to support local small businesses but these are the businesses we need more from. They don't have shops on the high street, they don't have a huge workforce, and they don't have the usual signs of longevity that make us feel comfortable to buy and that is why we need a little more from small businesses, we need to feel like we know them so we can trust their product or service.
You are that small business and you need to make sure you're building that KLT on a daily basis. Today we'll cover
