The dorks then talk about their one year anniversary of starting strength training including a fitness update from Doug and Justin, how bad form will wreck your body, their current expectations on their body image, plus what’s changed most for Justin, and some of Doug’s biggest wins so far.

The heroes talk about how to stay motivated, Doug fills Justin in on his daily routine, and they talk about their relationship with food. This devolves into a debate about whether or not Cheerios are a healthy food as well as a deep discussion about milk preferences.

It’s time for another Mind Gap Podcast!
