Despite growing up in a no entrepreneur family, at a very young age Gay discover his passion in this field. He earned dollars through selling watermelons, eggs, worms, and sandwiches. But he used to be a fat kid during his first year in life and added more and more pounds as the years passed. Being brought to different specialist, still Gay find it hard to loss a pound. Not until he was 24 years old, when he experiences the 2-minute state of openness

Cody didn’t come from a rich family and his parents were hard worker individuals. When he was young, he wanted to be a 9th-grade history teacher or marine biologist. In high school, he always got in trouble and fights. Cody didn't know what he wanted to do, therefore, decided to follow in his father's footsteps and joined the U.S. Navy.
Later, Cody turned into a real estate investor. But it was a challenging journey for him. The momentum fades away when having no deal within 9 months. He learned the language of real estate and the psychology of dealing with people. With wholesaling, Cody became a millionaire at 28, and multi-millionaire at 30 years old.
Authenticity and enthusiasm has really helped him succeed in his real estate career. Therefore, he emphasized stop trying to be something you’re not and be authentic. Cody believes that authentic people attract results, good relationships, and build a good rapport. Furthermore, people will respect, listen, and connect to you more with your simplicity and authenticity.
Cody became clever and nerd in marketing and branding, and how he structures deals. As he figured out how to master the money game, he started losing the excitement of earning more money and buying stuff. Currently, aside from spending more time and experience with his wife and children, and as a man with a good heart, Cody pursues his passion for animal conservation and working with kids.
He found ways to realize his ambition to be with kids, influence, and impact them. This is through running and funding charities for underprivileged kids, tutoring them, giving school supplies, and helping them develop their ability to play sports!

Back in the 1930s, Mitzi’s father started with just one hotel with no employee and through his determination and secret sauce to success, at the end of his life, their family owned 400 hotels in the form of Sheraton Hotel Corp. Mitzi witnessed how great his father was not just in business but also handling people in all walks of life.
Aside from that, innately, Mitzi’s father built a deep connection and concern for all his employees. He believed in them and gave them all the resources and encouragement to show the world just how good they are. Hence, communication between them is very important to him. Although he doesn’t want his hotel to be the biggest, he created a great value-based culture and a team in order to be the best hotel in the locality.
Distinct from other successful entrepreneurs, he had a lot of time with his children, teaching them values of not getting the identity through spending money and luxurious materials. But getting their identity by being good citizens who would give back. Her father’s greatest pleasure was giving it away. He loves to share blessings and spread love and care. Living like a millionaire in all areas of his life and staying connected to the people around him.
During Mitzi’s childhood, her way of grabbing his parent’s attention was by asking his father about business. Never think it would be a big advantage to her in later life and career. Thus, a spiritual gift of hospitality was given to her. Luckily, she found a husband who has the same characteristics as his father especially in running their business. Likewise, Mitzi inherits the culture and beliefs from her father in her own entrepreneurial journey that truly build a legacy and generational wealth.
