004: Forgiveness
Meredyth with a Why
12/08/20 • 35 min
Are you ready to lose thousands of pounds? Now, I know what you’re thinking, “that is physically impossible,” and you’re right. But that’s not what I am referring to when I say this statement.
I am actually talking about spiritual weight loss and the secret to this kind of weight loss: forgiveness.
You’re worthy of living a life without a backpack full of shit bricks (aka anger, resentment and negativity). If you’re living your day to day life and you haven’t forgiven everyone (yes, everyone) who has wronged you in some way, you’re doing it wrong.
Take a listen to hear why you have to learn to let go of past wounds. I talk about how releasing and forgiving helps you to move forward and live a lighter, fuller and more enriched life.
What you’ll find in this episode:
- Why you have to learn to forgive EVERYONE
- The reasons that it matters to forgive people and situations
- What you’re actually saying when you forgive
- One of my first fears and how it played out in my life with other situations
- How to forgive (and let it go)

005: Anger
Meredyth with a Why
12/15/20 • 37 min
Anger is a lie. What you’re actually feeling when you say you’re angry at someone is really just a manifestation of other emotions!
It’s that volcanic explosion at the end of abandonment, rejection, betrayal or whatever other negative emotions living inside of you.
In this episode, I am getting real and raw about what you might actually be experiencing when you feel angry. You’ll realize through this episode that you HAVE to stop blaming the world for your anger and take charge over the feeling when you’re experiencing it.
I talk about the expectations we have and how those can lead to disappointments. You’ll also find out why you need to be authentically you (and listen to your inner calling) if you want to find true happiness.
What you’ll find in this episode:
- Why you should examine your real feelings
- What anger really is
- How to use the emotion code chart to decipher how you really feel
- Why you have to go deeper into your emotions
- Reasons you might feel “angry”
- How nobody is going to complete you
- Why you have to listen to your inner calling

003: Finding the Blessing or Lesson
Meredyth with a Why
12/03/20 • 38 min
Want to know what I think? I believe you should make it your life’s goal to become one with happiness. Like I mentioned a few episodes back, happiness is an inside job.
It’s a practice that you have to work on every, single, day.
In this episode, I shared how the problems and challenges we face are there for a purpose. Each thing we go through brings us a lesson to extract and knowing this, is the key to staying in the vortex of your happiness.
Take a listen to hear how you can keep yourself engulfed in happiness and away from the negativity, muck and all of the other bull shit that hinders us from experiencing true joy.
What you’ll find in this episode:
- How I look at happiness as a practice
- How the world makes more sense when you recognize there is a purpose for adversity
- Why all of your experiences are meant to change you
- Why you should focus on being grateful on a daily basis
- Why you need to STOP watering situations and people that don’t make you happy
- The gaping black hole of need (and how this doesn’t fill up your happiness tank)
- Why you shouldn’t delay happiness based on other people’s judgment
