Born and raised in Maryland, Jackie Martinez always wanted to be on TV and make a difference and impact the world. She became a TV news reporter and anchor and landed her first job in Casper, WY at an NBC affiliate. She knew shortly after, that news reporting was not her dream job and was craving time freedom.

Not knowing what she wanted to do in her life, she posted a comment on Facebook, "In search of a life coach" and a life coach reached out to her. The life coach asked what she looked for in the perfect job in which Jackie replied, "I don't want a 9-5, I don't want to work in a cubicle, I want to be my own boss and I want to help people." With that, the life coach said, "Jackie, you might not want to hear this but you might want to talk to your mom."

Little did Jackie know, her mom was and still is one of the top leaders in the company ASEA. In 2017 Jackie went to ASEA’s convention where Jackie's blinders were taken off and she realized ASEA was now her mission and purpose in her life. Seven years into the business, Jackie is now one of the millennial leaders in ASEA and loves making a living while making a difference in peoples' lives.
