JJ Rahnamoon is native to Charleston, raised in the heart of downtown. He began working in his family’s restaurant at an early age, which helped build the dedicated work ethic he has today. Although the family restaurant is still flourishing after 40 years, JJ decided he wanted to pursue a career of his own as a Real Estate agent in Charleston, SC. His deep rooted knowledge of the city & desire to help others has made the transition from hospitality to the real estate industry seamless.
JJ Rahnamoon is a James Island Charter High School Graduate. He attended Trident Technical College where he received his associate’s degree in business management. He began studying real estate in late 2013 and recently joined The Boulevard Company, with hopes to pursue his own success with Charleston Empire Properties.
JJ represents residential buyers & sellers as well as commercial buyers, sellers, & tenants. His team has the knowledge, technology, and experience needed to help clients buy or sell their properties in a timely manner.

For obvious reasons following the hurricane scare in the fall of 2019 we were very excited about having Josh on the show. He’s funny and smart and charismatic and we have so many similar interests. We loved having him on.
Turns out the first 1⁄4 of the interview has a loud and obnoxious unexplained popping sound. After sending the file to 4 different sound geniuses our only option was to cut it completely. The rest of the interview is just as good or better than the beginning, but we are missing some quality Marther’s insight and we are saddened by that.
This interview has been long awaited and the delays stem back to October. Without further adieu , here is Josh Marthers!!!
