Mindfulness Affirmation: Creating Self Love
Self-love is powerful; we desire a life of well-being and happiness without sacrifice.
We hold a picture of how we see ourselves in our minds.
This image is the one we measure ourselves against.
This image is the vision we aspire to be
but when our vision does not align with how we feel, we slowly detach from our dreams,
Causing profound inner pain
creating a sense of loneliness
Today we are removing that image and washing away the judgment
Today we are building a new vision,
One that is safe, kind and understanding
To create this vision we must welcome self-love into our life.
Life will not meet or match our expectations,
Today we will stop hiding and instead we will
embrace our imperfection
We will nurture and support ourselves as the person we are It is this self-love that will carry our hopes and dreams to new better heights
Today, we choose to believe we are worthy.
Today we choose to believe you are unique and have infinite value.
Do not avoid self-love; today welcome self-love
Please join me welcome a new way of seeing our true value.
Sit with me in a quiet space away from distractions.
Breathe in and out through your nose.
Pay attention to your mind, your body and your breath
Welcome this new energy into your space as we experience the warmth of self-love
Speak these words with me
I am enough
I have always been enough
I do not need to prove anything to anyone
I have the potential to achieve my dreams
I am the only person who can limit my greatness
I am proud to be me
My spirit is bright, and it will guide me
I trust in myself
I choose to be myself without judgement
I am bound to win
I am one step closer to my dreams
I am surrounded by people who accept me
I allow myself to feel happiness
Today I will nourish my soul and welcome joy
I have the patience to love myself
I am enough just as I am
My heart is full
I am strong
I am seen
I am proud of who I have become and who I am becoming
I have the courage to be myself
Learning to accept yourself will give you the space to listen to grow and receive your worth.
Self Acceptance requires practice.
Over time, acceptance will be more comfortable, and you will allow the space for true love and self patience. The truth is we all fear the truth.
We fear we will never be the person we want to be.
Today, have the courage to be that person.
Today you are enough, and tomorrow, you will be even stronger.
Let your spirit show you your beauty and power.
May your life be blessed with the wisdom and the grace you deserve.
