In today ́s episode Matt speaks to Keith O ́Malley-Farrell. Keith is a personal trainer, rehab specialist and multiple business owner based in Dubai.

In the interview Matt talks to Keith about a recent expedition to climb Kilimanjaro and the funds it raised for a local school for kids with special needs in Tanzania.

Keith describes the training and challenges faced when preparing for such a hike and the gym members it inspired to really focus on their training to ensure they were able to complete a near 6000 metre summit.

The conversation then moves onto to discuss the need for people to have a reason for getting fit, a WHY to ensure long term adherence to any new fitness or rehab routine.
