Birgit Itse is a published author, and a ghostwriter for memoirs and business books.
Originally from Estonia, she has made Scotland her home, and enjoys exploring life through words, and being constantly inspired by it.
She has two solo books published, The Alphabet of Life in 2022 and bilingual #becominghappy in 2020.
Her creative work has been published in magazines and collections, it has been picked up by numerous podcasts and even BBC Radio Scotland.
She writes, speaks, teaches and performs in two languages - English and Estonian.
She's passionate about words, and their impact on living more meaningfully.
Her writing workshops are true confidence boosters, and her talks will take you on a journey.
In August, she became one of the main organisers of the monthly spoken word event - Poetry in the Park in Aberdeen.
